As with most projects, we take a phased approach. First, we assess your learning needs, how you wish to develop your people, what competencies you require, and your growth trajectory for the future. In Phase 2, we capture roles and responsibilities, identify competencies, and recommend a training curriculum. The third, and final phase includes working together with your Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to design relevant coursework, train SME’s to deliver the curriculum, and deploy the university in its entirety over a predetermined time frame.
