Coaching Programs
Paradyne works with our clients to increase effectiveness in the interview environment by developing the participant's ability to:
- command the attention of the room
- demonstrate leadership of the team
- portray (verbally, in tone of voice, and with body language) competence and self-confidence.
Coaching includes behavioral observation and psychometric assessment. Paradyne also provides coaching to the proposal team on the flow and sequence of the presentation, their ability to capably respond to questions, and how to demonstrate their capabilities as an experienced and cohesive team.
